Snow and local blowing snow continues. What: Total snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm. The highest amounts are expected toward the Ontario-Minnesota border with lesser amounts farther north. Easterly winds gusting up to 70 km/h. Reduced visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. When: Ending early this afternoon. Additional information: Communities north of Highway 11 are expected to see lesser amounts as the most significant snowfall accumulations are expected along the international border. Note that winter storm warnings are in effect south of the international border where conditions are expected to be worse. ### Roads and walkways may be very difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
